Harvest the fun!
St. Andrew Lutheran Church’s annual Fall Festival and Country Bazaar runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25.
The fundraiser attracts hundreds of people from around Canyon Lake and supports local charities.
Last year’s festival raised over $11,000 for area nonprofits.
This year’s event benefits the Kerr County Family Relief Fund, CRRC Food Bank and Crisis Assistance, Family Promise of Greater NB, SJRC Texas, New Life Children’s Center, Habitat for Safe Seniors, First Footing-Salvation Army, youth programs and other benevolence, and Church World Service’s Crop Walk.
The more people who attend, the more money gets donated back into the community, a spokesperson for the church said.
“Everyone wins when the community comes together!”
Included in festivities are kids’ games, raffle and silent auction with great prizes, entertainment, bake sale and food, rummage sale, costume contest, and special appearances by Canyon Lake Fire/EMS and Fire on the Mountain Cloggers at noon.
Most games are $1.
