Comal County Reports Two Deaths, 328 COVID-19 Cases From July 22-July 28

Comal County reported two COVID-19 deaths and 328 new cases today.

In its weekly report, the county said 13 COVID-positive residents were hospitalized in Comal County over the seven-day data collection period from July 22-28.

The total number of cases reported in the county since March 2020 now stands at 33,935. The total number of deceased is 564.

Some 62.07% of residents are fully vaccinated (two shots).

Data for the percentage of fully vaccinated residents in Comal County now includes all residents ages six months and older.

Public Heath is administering Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. Booster vaccines also are available.
