Event Details

Ecological consultant and author Elizabeth McGreevy talks about Project Bedrock, a mission to promote the adoption of nature-based solutions for the Texas karst country. She hopes to unravel a century of conventional woody-brush clearing strategies she says have caused more harm than good.

McGreevy is a central Texas gardener whose research on the Mountain Cedar (Ashe Juniper) has been featured in magazines, television and talk radio.

The November meeting of the Lindheimer Chapter Texas Master Naturalists is open to the public. Admission is free.
