Everything’s Half Off at the Thrift Shoppe as Crisis Center of Comal County Celebrates Store’s One-Year Anniversary

The Crisis Center of Comal County counts on its Comal Thrift Shoppe to provide critical services to women and children impacted by domestic and sexual-assault violence. The Crisis Center of Comal County (CCCC) celebrates the one-year anniversary of its Thrift Shoppe with half-off total purchase prices, snacks and a gift-card raffle.

Sale is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. The store is located at 3702 IH 35 S (Rueckle Road exit), New Braunfels.

Proceeds benefit the nonprofit, which provides services to women, children and men of all ages. They include a 24-hour crisis line, shelter, counseling, support groups, legal advocacy, assistance filing for child support, case-management, victinm’s advocacy, transportation, information/referral and community education/prevention.

CCCC also serves victims of sexual assault and provides a sexual assault nurse examiner for rape victims.
