Find the Best Pumpkin Patches in Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Bulverde and Spring Branch

Pumpkin patch season officially kicks off this weekend, and there are plenty of places in the area to find an orange gourd and enjoy fall festivities.

Fall Festival and Country Bazaar
St. Andrew Lutheran Church of Canyon Lake
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28
Games and activities are $1-$3. Entertainment, photo booth and costume contest are free. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Enjoy shopping, games, jump castle, hayride and face painting. Stroll the grounds to visit Merle, a miniature spotted donkey, and his baby daughter Priscilla. Handmade crafts, specialty items like baby blankets, rummage sale, homemade baked goods and famous chokecherry preserves are available for sale. Halloween costume contest (pre-K, K-5, 7-12 and adults) at 11 a.m. A barbershop octet performs, along with Fire on the Mountain Cloggers. Raffle tickets $2. Community organizations will be on hand to share information about their services, including firefighters, sheriff’s deputies, CRRC, New Live Children’s Center, SJRC-Texas, Family Promise of Greater NB, Texas Ramp Project, and Habitat for Humanity. Wrap up the day with a hayride through the oak trees and meadows. Proceeds benefit New Life Children’s Center, Family Promise of Greater NB, CRRC Food Pantry and crisis assistance, and SJRC-Texas.

Pumpkin Play Days

$10 wristband per child. Pre-purchase required. Adults free.
Kids with wristbands will enjoy mini-pumpkin and pumpkin painting, hay rides, storytime, beanstalk planting, and yard games. Adult activities include Thornhill BBQ food truck, live music by Bill Ayers, a farmers market and libations.

Bulverde Pumpkin Patch

8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 Bulverde Pumpkin Patch Family FunTrail Run. Enjoy free access for the remainder of the monthy.
$15 per vehicle
Fall festivities include games, hayrides, photo ops and food trucks. Run is a a one-mile trail around the ranch.
