The adoption fee for all dogs and cats over the age of six months at Canyon Lake Animal Shelter Society (CLASS) is now $17 in honor of actress and animal activist Betty White, who died Dec. 31, just weeks before what would have been her 100th birthday on Monday, Jan. 17.
The offer ends at the close-of-business Monday.
“Open your hearts and let our sweet pets rescue you,” CLASS said on social media.
CLASS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill shelter located at 2170 Old Sattler Rd., Canyon Lake.
