The League of Women Voters of the Comal Area hosts a town hall Tuesday about two proposed amendments to the Texas State Constitution that would invest $1 billion in the development of new water sources and another $1 billion for the creation of new state parks.

Colin McDonald, senior policy analyst with the Texas Water Foundation and Kevin Good, president of Texans for State Parks, discuss how propositions 6 and 14,  if passed on Nov. 23, would benefit the Comal Area.

The town hall starts at 6 p.m. at the McKenna Events Center, 801 W. San Antonio St., New Braunfels, and is co-hosted by the Comal County Conservation Alliance
