The public is invited to a free indoor miniature-golf tournament from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9 at Tye Preston Memorial Library, 16311 S. Access Rd., Canyon Lake.
Stacks will be closed during the event but non-golfers will still have access to limited services including restrooms, six computers in the Hive, meeting rooms and curbside-hold pickup.
The event is sponsored by Friends of Tye Preston Memorial Library.
Donations will be accepted for Communities in Schools’ Pack the Bus school supply drive for area students in need..
