Austin-based songwriter and performer Chris Beall will rock Tye Preston Memorial Library, 16311 S. Access Rd., Canyon Lake on Friday, July 7.
The free concert, which is made possible through the support of the Texas Commission of the Arts, begins at 6 p.m. Seating is first come, first served. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided. The event is recommended for adults.
The son of a motorcycle racer from a small town in West Texas, Beall returned from Nashville to pursue a solo career and studio production work. He also performs with the well-known touring group, South Austin Moonlighters.
He’s described as the poster child for the new ‘alternative music industry.’
