A contractor with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is moving a gas line at the intersection of Singing Oaks and State Highway 46 just west of U.S. Highway 281. The Bulverde Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce encourages the public to seek alternate routes between midnight and noon through Aug. 19.
