Comal County reported 400 new COVID-19 cases today, bringing total cases since March 2020 to 26,385. Tuesday, the county added 375 cases to its database. The death toll remains 491. On Wednesday, county hospitals reported caring for 60 COVID-19 patients. Of those, 10 are in intensive care and four are on ventilators.
