A 45-year-old Canyon Lake man who was arrested after Comal Sheriff’s Office deputies discovered methamphetamine in his backpack was sentenced to 20 years in prison Feb. 2 by Judge Dib Waldrip of the 433rd District Court in New Braunfels.
