Tuesday’s the Registration Deadline to Vote in Midterms

Comal County residents have until Tuesday to register to vote or change their address in time for the 2022 midterm elections.

Applications must be dropped off at the Comal County Election Center, 396 N. Seguin Ave or postmarked by Oct. 11.

On Wednesday, the League of Women Voters of the Comal Area released its voting guide, which allows voters to learn more about local candidates and view actual ballots. The guide also includes information about upcoming debates in the county.

Early voting begins Oct. 24. The general election is scheduled for Nov. 8.

Comal County uses ‘Vote Centers’ which allow residents to vote at any polling location.

The closest early-voting location for Canyon Lake residents is St. Francis by the Lake Episcopal Church, 121 Spring Mountain Dr.
