The City of Bulverde recognized Jane Wood for her 64 years of service as the Bulverde postmistress at Tuesday’s city council meeting.
Mayor Bill Krawietz proclaimed Monday, May 15 as Jane Wood Day.
Also at that meeting, the Bulverde Police Department received a $4,500 donation from Friends of the Village of Bulverde for the purchase of three additional active shooter kits for their officers.
