Activities include expressing feelings through art, processing and activities, and learning healthy coping skills and building community support.

Meets from 5:50-6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month from Sept. 8 to Dec. 22.

Saturday Nov 1 at 7pm thru Monday Nov 3 at 5am, lanes will be closed in and around IH35 north and south at 1604.

🍬On the positive side, you can bring some Halloween candy to nibble on if you get stuck in traffic with lane closures 🍫

Here's the details:

WHAT TO EXPECT
As part of the I-35 Northeast Expansion (NEX) Program, TxDOT will close multiple mainlane closures (2) on southbound I-35 from Forum Parkway to Loop 1604, full closure of I-35 southbound ramp to eastbound Loop 1604, full closure of westbound Loop 1604 ramp to southbound I-35, and full closure of Loop 1604 eastbound mainlanes from Gateway Boulevard to Pat Booker Road for steel girder work.

The closure is scheduled from 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1 through 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 3, 2025.

DETOUR INFORMATION
😟Southbound I-35 to westbound Loop 1604
Travelers on southbound I-35 should proceed on southbound I-35 frontage road to the westbound Loop 1604 frontage road. Head west through the Lookout Road intersection and use the next entrance ramp to enter westbound Loop 1604.
😟Eastbound Loop 1604
Travelers on Loop 1604 eastbound mainlanes will use the I-35 frontage road and continue to the Pat Booker Road intersection. Traffic should proceed through the intersection and use the next entrance ramp to enter the eastbound Loop 1604 mainlanes.
😟Westbound Loop 1604/southbound I-35
Travelers on Loop 1604 westbound will use the Lookout Road exit and make a left to access the I-35 frontage road. Traffic should stay on the I-35 frontage road and use the entrance ramp to enter I-35 southbound.
😟Southbound I-35/eastbound Loop 1604
Travelers on southbound I-35 will take the I-35 frontage road and make a left at IKEA-RBFCU Parkway. Travelers will continue on the I-35 frontage road and make a left on Pat Booker Road. Traffic should proceed through the intersection and use the next entrance ramp to enter the eastbound Loop 1604 mainlanes.
