We're excited to welcome Nathanael Smith as TPML's new Administrative Assistant! Some Q & A:

1. Previous Role before coming to TPML: I spent the last 6 ½ years at the New Braunfels Public Library where I did a lot of different things, but most recently was the one who took over the Home Delivery program after Kevin left to come here.

2. What excites you most about joining the team/working at TPML: This library offers so many unique things like the Makerspace, Observatory, all the different types of Nature education, I'm excited to be a part of bringing those resources to the community.

3. Something you miss about living in Colorado: I lived in Colorado for about a year and a half while my wife and I were dating so probably the thing I miss the most is the phase of life I was in at the time, being in my late 20's in a new place. I was more than happy to come back to Texas where we actually have good food though.

4. A recent read you’d recommend: I'm currently in the middle of reading through The Archer Files, a collection of Ross MacDonald's Lew Archer short stories. For fans of Noir Detective fiction, they hit just right.

5. A fact that still blows your mind when you think about it: I'm a big fan of classic movies and something I learned recently that still blows my mind is that Cary Grant, unanimously known to be one of the most dashing and handsome of leading men, only had one front tooth.

Welcome to the team Nathanael!
