Tuesday, Nov. 4 is Election Day, and Comal County residents can vote at any of 25 polling locations. Some 13,929 of the county’s 143,796 participated in early voting. On the ballot are 17 constitutional amendments, including billions of dollars in property tax cuts for homeowners and businesses, according to the Texas Tribune.

Family Night at Hope Hampel-Wuest Grief & Hope Center focuses on grief support for families with children ages six and older who are coping with a loss due to death.
Activities include expressing feelings through art, processing and activities, and learning healthy coping skills and building community support.
Meets from 5:50-6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month from Sept. 8 to Dec. 22.
Hope Hospice is located at 611 N. Walnut Ave., New Braunfels.
