🚨 UPDATE: Deputy Injured in Line of Duty 🚨
We’re so happy to share that the Comal County Sheriff’s Deputy injured yesterday has been released from the hospital after being evaluated and treated for his injuries.
We’re grateful he’s doing well and on the road to recovery.
The suspect pictured below, Emerson Clark, remains in custody and was booked into the Comal County Jail on the following charges:
🔹 Aggravated Assault Against a Public Servant (2 counts)
🔹 Assault Against Elderly or Disabled Individual
🔹 Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member
