Comal County-operated Canyon Lake Boat Ramp #1 will close Thursday, May 8, through Friday, May 16, for upgrades. Road crews will pour a new ramp and add riprap — loose stone — to prevent erosion and improve long-term safety. The public is asked not to go around barriers and create safety hazards.
