The Fifth Annual DAM Fine Car Show and Sunday Drive rolls across the top of Canyon Lake Dam from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. The fundraiser benefits the nonprofit DAM Community Alliance, which partners with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to help pay for repairs and improvements to facilities.

Family Night at Hope Hampel-Wuest Grief & Hope Center focuses on grief support for families with children ages six and older who are coping with a loss due to death.
Activities include expressing feelings through art, processing and activities, and learning healthy coping skills and building community support.
Meets from 5:50-6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month from Sept. 8 to Dec. 22.
Hope Hospice is located at 611 N. Walnut Ave., New Braunfels.
