Comal County reported 41 new COVID-19 cases and one death from the virus between April 22-28. In its latest weekly statement, the county said the total number of cases reported since March 2020 is now 30,836. The total number of deceased now stands at 549. No hospitalizations were reported. Family Night at Hope Hampel-Wuest Grief & Hope Center focuses on grief support for families with children ages six and older who are coping with a loss due to death.
Activities include expressing feelings through art, processing and activities, and learning healthy coping skills and building community support.
Meets from 5:50-6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month from Sept. 8 to Dec. 22.
Hope Hospice is located at 611 N. Walnut Ave., New Braunfels.
