Rachel Sarlls, regional urban ecologist with the Texas A&M Forest Service for the San Antonio region, discusses tree selection, proper planting techniques, and effects on the environment 5:45 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21 at the monthly chapter meeting of the Lindheimer Chapter Texas Master Naturalists.
Sarlls is a certified arborist with specialized qualifications in tree risk, assessment, and oak wilt management.
